This online registration system is for manufacturers, vendors, and deployers of vehicle and roadside communication devices needing to obtain securely generated and distributed vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-infrastructure certificates for deployments across various agencies in the state of Maryland. This process is not a requirement from the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration, but is being offered to agencies deploying CV technologies in the State to support the secure deployment of CV technologies.
