This online registration system is for manufacturers, vendors, and deployers of vehicle needing to obtain securely generated and distributed vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-infrastructure certificates to receive enhanced road safety information when driving in the 66 Express Lanes. With these certificates, these stakeholders will be able to receive in a secure way the safety information provided by the 66 Express Lanes for connected vehicles.

For those manufacturers, vendors, and deployers of vehicles that are already using ISS SCMS V2X / C2X Security Credential Management Services under USDOT programs, they do not need to download additional certificates for the 66 Express Lanes infrastructure, as their certificates will be interoperable.
